How do we ensure messages are delivered to all network PC/Laptop?

We are using Outlook instead of Outlook Express but incoming messages are not
being received on laptop with wireless connection. We have Windows XP on
both PC and laptop.

Outlook neither knows nor cares how you connect to the network. What type(s)
of accounts are you using? Do you reference the server from more than one PC?
