HOW DO WE IMPORT 2003 BACKGROUNDS INTO THE BETA 2007 POWERPOINT?

Could someone help us the the exact STEPS on how to get our old beloved
backgrounds into the beta 2007 powerpoint? isn't there a way to do a batch
imoprt? and WHERE ,and what FOLDERS do the backgrounds go into. Where would
thay show up in the ribbon?

It seems that this would be one of the top concerns for those of us that
have labored and dearly love our old backgrounds.
