How do you add a button that when hovered over popsup a submenu of

Using Microsoft Front Page, is it possible to have a button that when hovered
over, pops up a submenu of other buttons to link to within the site.

I am using FP2003
What I want exactly, is to have a Services Menu, then when you hover themose
over, a menu pops up to the right with the choices. Then you can click
within that menu to go to the service. I head somethign about J-Bot - is
this something that does that and where do I get it?
