how do you add a mailing premit number to a mail merge?

I am trying to do a mail merge that I will be mailing out as a bulk mailing
with a bulk rate premit. Is it possible to add this prmit design to the
upper right hand corner of the mail merge when I am running the address
portion of the mail merge? If so how do you do it?

I would apply to the USPS to see what instructions they offer for adding
this to an envelope. Number one problem is to solve this issue, then worry
about the mail merge. Once you have the instructions from the USPS (and IF
it is possible), you can then start your mail merge. Also, you may want to
look into something like stamps.com to see if they have this ability.
