Is it listed when you start the application, click File/New and on the
New Document task pane click "On my computer"?
Also, if it is a real template, one with a *.dot extension for Word,
*.xlt for Excel, *.pot for PowerPoint, then you can also double-click
the file in the Windows Explorer and create a new file based on the
template.
