How do you apply a document template that you've created?

I've created the Templates in the Template folder in the C drive, but don't
know how to "load" them.

If the template is in the Office templates folder it would usually be
available when you select New Office Document, in the resulting template
window.
But then it may depend on your version of office and how you created the
template

Is it listed when you start the application, click File/New and on the
New Document task pane click "On my computer"?

Also, if it is a real template, one with a *.dot extension for Word,
*.xlt for Excel, *.pot for PowerPoint, then you can also double-click
the file in the Windows Explorer and create a new file based on the
template.
