How do you assign clip art to a cell?

I would like to copy clip art into a cell, say A1 in Sheet 1. Then, I want
to use a function to have the clip art copied to another cell, say on Sheet
2. Any suggestions?

I did this a few years ago. I used VBA. I don't remember the
