How do you block certain emails?

Hi,

Spam is starting to take over my inbox. I recieve so many emails inviting
me view a Paris Hilton video. Also, I receive a simple message from
numerous senders which just says 'this message has an attach' (the
attachment contains a virus).

Luckily Norton has detected all virus's so far but I would like to know if
Outlook Express can block certain emails being downloaded. If so, can you
block senders, subject text or message text?
