how do you change envelope margins?

when try to print envelopes, error message comes up stating beyond printable
area. how do i correct?

Hi

Check the orientation of the envelope, the typed information might be
exceeding the size of the envelope in the current orientation.
Also check the size of the selected envelope and the formatting of the text
from the Tools menu, Letters and Mailings submenu, Envelopes and Labels -
options - envelope options and printing options.

did those prior to posting w/ no luck. happened when i changed the envelope
size for a large 6x9 envelope size & when i changed back to regular size,
this error message started.
