How do you change the color of rows in MS project 2003

I am trying to change the color of rows in MS Project 2003. I know other
scheduling programs allow you to highlight a row and change the color to
something other then white. This really helps to draw attention to it. I know
you can change the color of text but I can't seem to be able to figure out
how to do the same for the background of the rows. Please help.

The Skeet --

You cannot change the cell color in Microsoft Project 2003, but this option
will be available in Microsoft Project 2007. Hope this helps.
