How do you change the position of a watermark?

I'm using Microsoft Office 2002 and I have inserted the watermark "DRAFT".
However, only half the watermark appears on the page. Also the watermark is
not centered, appears in the top left corner.

I'm assuming I need to change the watermark position. If so, how? If not,
how do I correct my watermark problem.

If by half, you mean alternate letters, clear the check box for
"Semitransparent" in the watermark dialog. As for the position, View |
Header and Footer and select and drag the watermark where you want it to be.
