How do you change the resolution from 150 dpi to 300 dpi?

stumped

I can use Office Picture Manager for edits so is this still possible. How do
you bring a picture into Adobe Acrobat if the other option doesn't work?

Perhaps you need to expand on what you are trying to accomplish. If I want
to create a *.pdf of a image, I just use Acrobat, Create PDF, from file and
use the image file. If you are trying to add an image to an existing *.pdf
file the easy way is to edit the original document in the program that
created the original than create a new *.pdf file.
