I have a completed project, and would like to close it off without losing all
the "actual" data that's been gathered on the server.
By "closing it off" I hope to prevent people from submitting time against
the plan, and--ideally--to remove any of this plan's tasks from everyone's
timesheets.
We've tried setting all tasks to 0 Remaining Work and 0 Remaining Duration,
being careful to ensure that all tasks were 100% complete (we had to manually
make the milestones 100% complete) and that the project as a whole was 100%
complete.
But this left tasks with non-zero "Remaining Work" on some resources'
timesheets.
We also don't want to use the options in "Clean up Project Server" because
we'd lose our actual data from the server.
