How do you complete an Office XP silent install with the resource kit

Please forgive me but I do not have the slightest clue on how to
create a silent install for Office XP. are there instructions for
dummies?

Can you provide some additional details on the Office XP product you're using and how you plan to roll it out? (i.e. are you using
a Volume License Edition and product key and deploying from an Office Admin Point, or ???? (http://microsoft.com/office/ork/xp)
