.... this one might not be as easy as it seems.
I work at a company and we have this public contacts folder that all users
have access to. They click on File --> Open --> Other User's Folders, change
folder type to Contacts and open up the appropriate Contacts List.
The problem is, it loads up just fine and 99% of the users can change / edit
/ delete records, but on ONE person's machine when he tries to copy and paste
the information into his OWN contacts list it doesn't work. He cannot even
insert contact information. The permissions are set so that he can edit it,
so I'm lost on what to do.
Any help would be much appreciated.
