How do you create a roll-over pop-up information box in Visio?

I have seen in certain Visio drawing where when you roll the cursor over an
object, an information box pops up with information about the object. How do
you do that?

If I am missing something obvious, please feel free to call me an idiot!

Al,

Thanks for the suggestion! When I create a comment, it just inserts a
yellow sticky note. You have to click it to open it. This is similar to
what I'd like to do and will use that if necessary, but in the past I have
seen informational pop-up windows when you simply rollover the object.

In Visio 2002, this is Insert > Comment. In Visio 2003, this is Insert >
Shape ScreenTip.
