how do you create a Windows Navigation Diagram (WND) in visio?

I am trying to create a windows navigation diagram in Visio. Does any one
know how to create this diagram?

If you mean a UML window navigation diagram, these are fairly simple block
and arrow diagrams. You could use a basic flowchart template or simply draw
it with rectangles and arrows.
