How do you create custom calendar entry (i.e. 7/7, 7/20, etc)

I just converted to Outlook from Notes. In Notes, we could create a single
calendar entry and give it custom dates such as 7/7, 7/20, 7/21 etc.

How do I do this in Outlook?

Outlook can't do irregular recurrence patterns. You'd have to create
individual items
