how do you crop a picture in Word 2007

I can't seem to figure out how to crop a picture in Word 2007 seeing as there
isn't an equivalent to the picture toolbar. Please help.

After you have inserted a picture, when you select it, the contextual
Picture Tools | Format tab is displayed. The Crop tool is in the Size group
at the right end of that tab.
