Umm... use the Crop tool? If you have Word 2003 or earlier, it's on
the Picture toolbar when the picture is selected. If you have Word
2007, it's on the Picture Tools ribbon when the picture is selected.
However, it would be better to do the cropping outside of Word, in a
program such as IrfanView (www.irfanview.com) or Windows Paint. Word's
graphics tools don't always have all the features you might want, and
sometimes they cause the document file to become much larger than it
should be.
