How do you deactivate a copy of Office Xp

I installed the student edition of office xp on a computer that broke, how
can i deactivate it on that computer and activate it on my new one?

If you can uninstall Office from the old computer then install on the new
computer then if you are unable to activate over the internet use the phone
option.
