How do you download new fonts to Publisher, Windows Vista?

My new Publisher doesn't have Mead Bold Font. Where is the best place to
download the font?

Access 97 SR2, Creative Writer 2, Office 97 Small Business Edition SR2, Office
97 SR1a, Publisher 97

Actually, I have mead bold on my old computer. If I copy it to a floopy, how
do I install it in the Font folder (Vista) on my new computer? Can't see
"install font" when I open the font folder in Control Panel.

Found my own answer. For Vista: control panel>Font>right click any blank
space, menu comes up, click install new font, browse to floppy, click install.

Or you can just drag-and-drop from a folder to the Fonts folder.
