How do you download powerpoint design templates?

When I get to the powerpoint templates and click download nothing happens...I

Check the security settings of your Internet browser whether they block
certain downloads. Temporarily set the settings to a lower level. Do you
use a Pop-Up blocker? Disable that temporarily, too.
