How do you embed video using MS Front Page 2003?

I followed the instructions for embedding a video on to my web page, however,
it does not "work" - the video does not show on the finished web page. Any
ideas?

Tried inserting it as a web component? Any error messages? What format is

Thanks, but I still have a question. How do I adjust the size of the window.
I want the window to fill up a cell I have created, it seems to have fixed
dimensions.

You're right DI. Sometimes I noticed that a user can choose Fullscreen from
the zoom menu if they want. Thimbs up to this tool. We have to have a group
just setup for the frontpage addons if one is not already present. I'm done,
and satisfied. Kudos to DI. I'll be sure to search for your posts and
replies DI. :)
