View, Toolbars, Customize, Commands tab, Category "Macro". Find your macro, and drag it to the toolbar. Close. Click on button to start macro.

Tools | Options | Security. Set the security level to Medium. On the Trusted
Sources tab, check the box for "Trust all installed templates and add-ins."
This will prevent most of the messages you're getting. For the rest, you'll
get a message box allowing you to enable the macros.
