How do you export both parts of a 2-part metric

I am trying to export the content of a visio diagram. When it comes to the 2-part metric shape visio only exports the bottom text.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Can you be more specific about which shape you're trying to export and which stencil it came from?

Also, how are you trying to export? Save shapes as a graphic? Save as PDF? Save as web page? Something else?
