Yes, they do. Use Outlook Express to import your data from Outlook. InThey use different formats.
Outlook Express, open the File menu and click on Import...

In can't be address book because outlook doesn't store their addresses
in wab format.
The Outlook 2002 formats are not listed under other addresses.
