How do you generate employee schedules in Access?

Does anyone have an example (or know of a template) whereby you can put in a
table of employee available hours, a table of shifts needing coverage, and
then create reports that show who's on a shift and when? (If there's a way
to automatically generate a schedule based on those tables, that would
GREAT!) My problem is that I need to have 3 different people on each shift
and I have about 30 different employees to work with. I could make something
crude and ugly to do this, but my whole department will need to use it so I'd
rather have something already "pretty" and user-friendly for them. Thank you
for your help!
