There is. In Outlook, go to TOOLS, choose email Accounts.
Select to view or change existing email accounts.
Then select the email account you want to work with and
choose to CHANGE it. From the next window choose ADVANCED
SETTINGS. Then go to the ADVANCED tab. At the bottom of
that there is a DELIVERY section and you can choose to
leave a copy of the message on the server.
