How do you get tasks from closed projects off a timesheet?

We know we can hide them but is there a way through of a coding of status or
something similar?

The only way I know how it to literally remove the plan from server, delete
the tasks and re-import.

The simplest way to accomplish this is for the manager of each completed
project to open the project and do the following:

1. Click Tools - Build Team from Enterprise
2. Set the Booking value for each project team member to Proposed
3. Click OK
4. Click Collaborate - Publish - All Information

Assuming you will find this method helpful and fairly simple, you should
probably make the above steps part of your organization's project closure
methodologies. Hope this helps.
