How do you get tool-pak or ph stat on excel 07 program?

I need to use ph stat or tool-pak with my excel 2007 program, but was unable
to locate them. Are they around somewhere? How to I access that?

Excel's Analysis ToolPak is on the Office/Excel installation CD. Run Setup.

Prentice Hall's PHStat add-in is on the CD in the back cover of some
statistics textbooks. Browse to http://www.prenhall.com/phstat/ for info
about which versions are compatible with Excel 2007.
