How do you hyperlink to an email address in Visio?

I'm trying to do an org chart but wanted to hyperlink the names to email
addresses so that when you click on it, it'll bring up a new email with their
email address. I can do it in other applications but it looks like Visio will
only let me hyperlink to a webpage or file. Any ideas?
