how do you import mail folders from Netscape 7?

I used Netscape for a while and I am using outlook at
work. How do I import mail from Netscape 7 into Outlook
2002?

Netscape - export folder (try to PST file, or comma
delimited)
Outlook - import file (PST file, or comma delimited
containing folder of email)

Netscape 7 does not have any exporting options!

I cannot export a folder from netscape as a PST file,
unless I possibly install old netscape and it can read my
new version 7 folders?
