How do you include msadox.dll in the msi file?

Hi!
I've created a Access2003 client database and have used the Access Developer
Extension to create a setup package for it. After running the setup file, my
user is unable to run the database - ".. contains a missing or broken
reference to the file msadox.dll version 2.8..". How do you include this file
in the setup package?

I believe the MDAC 2.8 has the files you want they can be downloaded from
http://www.microsoft.com/data
