How do you insert a single 81/2x11 page into a 11x17 newsletter

I'm printing a newsletter in frontpage/ms publisher on 11x17 paper in
landscape mode so that when the 11x17 page is folded in half, you have a
standard 4 page newsletter (in standard 8 1/2 x 11" pages).

How do you insert a single 81/2" page into the middle of this document and
make it work like an insert. i.e. normally you have the 11x17" paper size
that folded in half becomes your 8 1/2" x 11 (std pg sz) 4 page newsletter.
The inserted page becomes part of the six page document. Any ideas?

Create a new publication with pages 5 and 6. Setup the printer as tabloid, landscape,
setup the page as 8.5 x 11. Insert a page. Create page 5 on page one and page 6 on
page 2. You will have two copies of page 5 and 6, if you have a duplex unit, all the
better. Otherwise print page one and turn it over...cut it apart.
