I am formatting a manuscript for submission and I am supposed to include a
slug line on every page. It should be on the same line as the page number and
looks something like this: Name/BOOK TITLE. I'm sure there is some kind of
simple solution, but I don't know what that simple solution is. Can anyone
help me?
