How do you insert mutliple rows into a table at once in Word?

Is there an easier way to insert rows into a table than one at a time?
"Table, Insert, Rows Below" repeat until desired number of rows are added...

When you insert rows, Word will insert the number you have selected. Select
four rows, use Insert Rows, get four new rows.
