How do you Install Office XP SP2 Offline

To avoid a 3+ hour download, I got the CD.
The CD will not load. Tells me to go to MS and find out
how to download offline.
Cannot find it on the Page of download or help.
How do you load this Service Pack 2 of updates offline?
