How do you link to bookmark or top of the page?

I'v seen tuns of times on web sites a "BOOKMARK" or "TOP". can somone tell me how to due that
Please be patent I'm 13 years old :

Hi Austin

This is what you would do

CREATE THE BOOKMARK
1- Open the page you wish to create the bookmark (Return to Top
2- At the top of the page you need to select an element (Text or Graphic), for example if you have a banner at the top of the page, select either the graphic or the text
NOTE: If Graphic click it. - If Text Highlight it
3- Go to Insert > Bookmark
4- In the bookmark name, insert the name (Top, or whatever you wish
5- click O

CREATE THE LINK
1- At the bottom of the page enter the text "Return to Top" (Or whatever you wish
2- Highlight the tex
3- Right Click > Select Hyperlin
4- On the left side under "Link To" locate "Place in this Document
NOTE: This may be different if you have an older version of FP
5- You should now see your bookmark named "Top" or whatever you chose
6- Select it > O
7- Go to file > preview in browser > and test it

If you want a link at the bottom of a page that returns you to the top,
Type the word Top, highlight it and select Hyperlink, enter #Top and click OK.

When Top is clicked the page will return to the top.
