How do you make a "cents" sign on the keyboard?

Is there a way to make the "cents" sign when typing? It's not on the
keyboard but I think there is a way!

There sure is... Just hold down the ALT key and type 0162. If you need
more alternate keystrokes, this link might be helpful.
