I would like to find out how to make a power point presentation of my outlook
appointments. Basically where I can send all my appointment data to a power
point presentation. This way my supervisor can approve the group
appointments in meeting. The appointments would involve others in the
meeting as well. Once approval has been made, I can email the attendes for
each appointment. The reason for power point is so that it is easy to brief
everyone in a group. Instead of clicking here and there to get to the next
date/month/appointment; you can just click 'next slide'.
