How do you make cells flash?

WORD has an option that allows you to make cells/text box flash to get the
users attention. Does Excel have the same option and if so, is it something
fairly simple?

Excel doesn't have a native way to blink text. Most users find
blinking text very annoying. However, if you are sure you want to
