How do you move a file specification to another database?

I created a file specification to import a file into a test database in
Access 2007. There are many, many complex field names so I don't want to
type it all in again! How can I import this specification into the
production database?

Try going to External Data tab, hit Access, choose directory, then
the "Import tables, queries....".

Then in the "Import Objects" dialog, hit the "Options" button and
select "Import/Export Specs"
