If you have Word 2000 or above, there are two ways:
1. If you have already created a full-size (A4) document and want to print
it twice on A4 paper, use the "2 pages per sheet" option in the Print
dialog.
2. If you want to create two A5 pages on an A4 sheet to begin with, use the
"2 pages per sheet" option in the Page Setup dialog.
