How do you print the Membership Directory template using MS Word 0

Windows XP, Microsoft Word 03
How do you print the Membership Direcoty template? It contains two page 1
and will not print right using my HP LaserJet 4050. There are no printing
directions for a template using two page 1 in the same template. Please
Help!!!

Where did the template come from? What do you mean by "will not print
right"? In what way is it not right?
