Has anyone been able to redirect email messages? The instructions say there

What version of Outlook are you using? In Outlook 2003 about halfway down
the first actions screen of the rules wizard I see "Redirect message to..."

forwarding. Maybe I need to download an add-in???

Nope. Go to Tools | Rules Wizard. Create a new rule, check the radio
button for start with a blank rule (at the top). Enter your criteria and
when you get to the actions list you'll see Redirect a short ways down the
list.

It isn't there on my computer. I have followed the directions that outlook
gives and there is nothing about redirect. It really is not there!

Well, I don't know what to tell you; it's certainly there on mine.
I guess you could go to Help | Check For Updates and make sure you have the
latest service packs, etc, loaded but that shouldn't matter.
Wish I had a better answer for you.
