How do you remove a frame that appear on each new opened word docu

Please tell me how i can remove a frame that appear repeatedly on each word
document that i opened.

a frame? probably you mean the margins? Do you have a screenshot of it?

No it is not a margin the ruler divides the pages into 2 columns each time i
opened the documents. No i don't have any screenshots. Thanks.

I think it is not a frame nor a margin. the pages are divided into 2 columns
each time they are opened. When i click on the ruler a dialogue box is
opened and the number of columns can be updated to 1 column or to any number
of columns i want the pages to be divided into.

Locate and open your Normal.dot file as described in Method 1 in
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/BlankDocNotBlank.htm . Click
on Format | Columns | One | Apply to: Whole document | OK. Even
if "One" already appears to be selected, click on it anyway.
Type a character or two and delete what you just typed. Save the
Normal.dot file and close it.
