How do you remove junk e-mail filter option completely from outloo

I'm currently running windows 2003 server with 3rd party mail server which
has built in spam filter. I'm using IMAP to connect to my account and it's
listing SPAM folder and Junk e-mail folder.. how do you disable junk e-mail
folder?
