How do you remove others shared Calendar from your list?

How do you remove other people that are listed in the calendar share list?
Once you have opened another persons calendar through share they are now
listed in "File, Open."

In Outlook 2003, I found that if you close your personal calendar, open the
calendar someone else has shared, then select the File | Delete menu item,
it will removed the shared calendar from your system.
