how do you remove the recent used e-mails from hyperlinky

Hi; I am working to get my certificat in Microsot Word and I was working on
my hyperlink where it says add to E-amil I did enter too many E-amils wehre
it says recent used E-Mails. I did highlighted the extr a E-mails and
clicked delte key nothing happen. I did clik back space nothing happen.
Please someone tell me how to remove the extra E-mails from my hyperlink. I
was using the step by by step Microsoft Word book for it. I never thought
the the E-mails are going to be saved. I have asked everyone that I know. No
one knows how to remove it. Thanks for your time.
