How do you remove the thing that says "Your Logo Here"

I downloaded a template, but I cant get rid of the "Your Logo Here" thing.
Does anybody know how to get rid of it?

As a general rule, click to select, then press Delete. If the logo is
anchored to the header, you'll need to View | Header and Footer first.
